The images and photos on this website are intended to be used only for non-commercial use by any users of the site. No part of the website may be reproduced for personal gain or benefit.
We and our suppliers of hand crafted items endeavour to provide consistency however due to the hand making process there will be slight variation; often this is what gives the product its charm.
With hand crafted products availability can vary from on the shelf straight away to up to a six week wait, especially in the case of our mushrooms as they are many weeks in the making.

We are very happy to make to order any fairies unavailable at the time of your order. Please order with plenty of time so as not to be disappointed. Please contact us via email to make arrangements or by phone to note which fairies may be available immediately. We will always aim to fill your order as quickly and fully as possible.

All information collected through this website or via phone contact will be kept strictly confidential and will not be reused, disclosed, loaned or sold. The Fairy Garden Hahndorf uses a combination of registered Australia Post & Courier delivery.
CONTACT SHOP FOR POSTAGE CHARGES
If your location is a rural South Australian location – Outback, POA. The Fairy Garden™ will endeavour to get your goods to you in the safest & fastest possible time. Once payment for your order has cleared your goods will be carefully packaged and sent. All packages will be thoughtfully packed with an abundance of space, stuffing & fairy dust, suspending your goods in order to ensure the safe arrival of your fairies. This can create a large but not necessarily heavy package.
Local & interstate Australia Post packages leave on a Monday & couriered packages on Wednesday. A package will be considered for courier service when its large size and weight make Australia Post unsuitable or upon request.
PayPal can take up to 48hours to clear, direct debit 24+. If receipt numbers are forwarded to us, this can help us with tracking your orders progress. An email will be forwarded to you notifying you that your package has been sent. The Fairy Garden™ will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss suffered due to loss or late delivery of any order. All packages are registered and as such customers can make claims direct with Australia Post if goods received are damaged or tampered with. Please check package and contents thoroughly before the courier person leaves your home or discarding any part of the packaging. Take directly to your local Australia Post with all packaging if any damage has occurred.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The Fairy Garden™ will endeavour to get your goods to you in the safest and fastest possible time, once you have paid for your goods. Please pay via EFTPOS over the phone. Do NOT email credit card or EFTPOS details.
All goods will be thoroughly checked before being packed and sent however we are happy to exchange within 7 days of receipt of any legitimately faulty products purchased from The Fairy Garden Hahndorf.

The Fairy Garden™ will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or late delivery of any order.
Please check packages and contents thoroughly before the courier leaves your home or discarding any part of the packaging. If delivery was by Australia Post take directly to your local post office with all packaging if any damage has occurred.
